TAW-JEEH is a brand name for service centers licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), operate according to MOHRE’s controls, standards and supervision and within a unified visual identity and national cadres in all emirates of the state.
These centers provide guidance services for employers and workers to ensure awareness-raising of the rights and duties of both parties before the beginning of the labor relationship to ensure the stability of the labor market through guidance and awareness of the provisions of the Law on the organization of labor relations and ministerial resolutions implementing them, distribution and delivery of materials and leaflets to both sides of the working relationship and any messages related to the labor market, as well as the definition of the culture of the UAE society. The Center also provides services that strengthen channels of communication between employers and workers with the Ministry to ensure that any information relating to each category is delivered in a preventive manner.
TAW-JEEH Centers provide guidance and awareness-raising for employers and workers through halls equipped to organize lectures and workshops in innovative ways and in accordance with
the latest audiovisual systems and in more than 15 different languages enabling workers and employers to access and benefit from the services provided by the centers.
TRANSPARENCY AND HAPPINESS:
Workers who enter the country for the first time, as well as those whose work permits are renewed, must attend the " TAW-JEEH" service center in order to sign their employment contracts. This procedure is based on the Ministry's keenness to promote the principle of transparency of the working relationship between its two parties and to ensure that the worker is informed of the requirements and privileges of the work provided for in contracts whose terms must consistent with what is stated in the work offers received by the worker prior to the commencement of the contractual employment relationship. The centers also give the worker "Happiness sim card" which includes a free telephone line in cooperation with one of the entities providing telecommunications services in the country. The worker’s data is linked to the ministry's
electronic system, which facilitates the process of communication with him to make him continuously aware of the decisions and procedures, especially through SMS.
